Believing in the importance of family, Moriah E. Hinton also specializes as an adoption lawyer, helping numerous families through step-parent adoptions, foster care adoptions, adoptions through legal custody, and other adoption matters. Moriah also enjoys her work in the non-profit sector, where she assists non-profits all the way from incorporation to daily legal compliance issues.
She grew up in Holmes County and currently lives in Smithville with her husband, Todd, and their twin girls. Moriah received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Thomas Edison State University and graduated cum laude from Regent University School of Law in 2018.
Moriah joined EQUES first as a law clerk then, in 2018, became an associate attorney. She enjoys being active in her community, running the hills and valleys of Holmes and Wayne counties, and working on her and her husband’s pole barn house.
