Hunter Legeza
Litigation Junior Associate

Raised on the shores of Lake Erie, Hunter has made his life off of finding obstacles to overcome. Of these, law school was the most difficult, but also the most rewarding, offering Hunter an opportunity to serve his community and problem-solve at the most meaningful and impactful level.

Hunter spent his childhood in Northeast Ohio, first in Ashtabula then Lake county. An avid sportsman, Hunter played football, wrestled, ran hurdles in track & field, and occasionally tried to play baseball and basketball.

After high school Hunter attended Ohio University, becoming involved in multiple student organizations including Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, Ohio University Student Senate, and POWER/GAMMA Peer Health Education, among others.

Hunter graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and spent three years in the workforce before returning to Ohio University for graduate school, focusing on Public Administration. He spent two years conducting social sciences research and honing the fundamentals of communication, research, evidence-based practice, and formal argument.

Hunter graduated with his Master’s degree in 2020 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in Columbus in 2023. He currently enjoys reading and writing, spending time with loved ones including too many cats, and camping his way across the state.
